Majestic Music is your personal in-car technology specialists. We are a small locally owned and operated company that believes customer satisfaction is the most important thing. We have a reputation of excellence within our industry and from the people we serve. Since 1997 we have been providing personalized service and the highest quality products around. We hold ourselves to high standards and take a great deal of pride in our work. Majestic Music only employs individuals of the highest integrity and work ethics. All of our technicians have been factory trained and certified through MECP.
We want to give you a car audio experience different from anything you have ever experienced. Here’s what to expect when dealing with Majestic Music.
* Initial Consultation – We meet with you and discuss what your needs are and what you would like to achieve. We actually go out to your vehicle and go over different aspects of your vehicle as well as your likes and dislikes. This is actually done by one of our installation technicians that will be working on your vehicle, not a salesperson. We get to know you and your vehicle a little so we can design a system specifically for you and the lifestyle you live.
* System Planning – Now that we have gathered enough information, we beginning designing a system for you and your vehicle that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. We go over the design with you and discuss any other options that may be available. We show you our installation facilities where the work will be done. We discuss any special issues there may be and how much time will be needed to complete the project. Once everything is decided and agreed upon, we set your appointment and order any products or specialty items we may need.
* Build – Once you arrive for your appointment, we take a few minutes to talk with you. We go over any last minute ideas and quickly review what was decided in the system planning step. Together we do a quick vehicle inspection to make sure the vehicle is all functioning the way it should. Then we start the installation process. Everything that was discussed in the system planning step starts to take shape and become a reality. We don’t rush and we don’t cut corners. Everything is done to our very meticulous standards. Once the install is complete, everything is tested for function and safety.
* Unveil – After everything has been done, we go back through and make sure that we have left your vehicle as clean if not cleaner than it was when you dropped it off. We walk you through all the different aspects of the install, show you how everything works and how to control everything. We make sure you are fully satisfied with every aspect and understand how to use it. We now turn your vehicle back over to you. For us, there is nothing better then showing you what we have created and seeing the satisfaction on your face.

Majestic Music’s commitment to excellence means that 100% of our staff has been FACTORY TRAINED or CERTIFIED. This means that we simply have the best people doing the best job with the best products. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not do work that cuts corners or could potentially damage other equipment. Our work does not alter or void any factory warranties, and because of the level of standard we represent we are ALWAYS willing to back this up should the need ever arise.
MECP is the only nationally recognized program that certifies car electronics installation technicians and sales people, just as ASE is the standard by which automotive mechanics are measured. Should you choose to have your installation done by someone other then Majestic Music, for your safety and the safety of your vehicle and passengers, have the work done by a certified installation technician.
