The Dash when it first rolled in... Only the aftermarket CD player worked. While the OEM radio, located below was dead, it was left in place so there "wouldn't be a hole".
-
Nice big box taking up a bunch of space in the trunk when it showed up.
-
Just a glimpse of the wiring mess we had to fix... and the (2) Kenwood amps...
-
Kenwood sub inside the box. There were actually (2) subs in there...
-
There should be a law against wiring like this. Notice the power wire from the amp kit was installed BACKWARDS! That fuse should be under the hood!
-
We start in the dash with a Panasonic CQ-VAD7200U 7" In-Dash DVD and add a storage pocket where the stock radio was. This looks sooo much better!

We added a 2nd battery (Optima Yellow Top) in the rear. This is the PAC200 dual battery isolator to allow proper charging and isolation of the two batteries.
-
Proper fusing in place under the hood.
-
-
-
To get the deep lows, we added (2) Audiobahn AW1000Q 10" subwoofers in a sealed enclosure.
-
Deep dish Audiobahn grills were added to protect the subs.
-
-
Seats of course still function the way they away did and latch in the upright position. When closed you can't even tell there is anything there.
-
We added an Ample Audio A1100DX Amplifier, delivering 1100 watts RMS, to power the subs.
-
-
All done with "Ample" trunk space... LOL (I just couldn't resist)
-
On the left is the box that houses the 2nd battery - An Optima Yellow Top.
-
We also custom mounted the remote bass knob in the center console for the 1100DX.
